Treatments
Permanent hair removal, one follicle at a time. Works on every hair colour and skin tone — including the fine, fair and grey hair laser can't see. Face, brow line, chin, neck, underarm and small body areas. Results build over a course of short sessions.
Your own lashes curled from the root and set for six to eight weeks. No extensions, no glue, no weight. Add a tint and fair lashes read dark without mascara.
A keratin treatment that fills and seals each lash. Lashes look thicker and darker, hold their curl longer and feel less brittle. Best added to a lift.

Before you come in
Most people describe a warm pinch per hair rather than pain. Numbing cream applied 30 minutes beforehand takes the edge off.
It depends on the area and hair density — a chin is usually short sessions over 8 to 18 months, tapering as regrowth thins. Every hair treated is treated permanently, so the work compounds. You'll get an estimate at your first appointment.
Laser targets pigment, so it struggles with blonde, red, grey and very fine hair. Electrolysis works on the follicle itself — hair colour and skin tone don't matter, and it's the only method that is permanent rather than "reduction".
Yes, 24 to 48 hours before your first lift, tint or lash botox. It takes five minutes — book it as a consultation.
For electrolysis, let hair grow to 2–3 mm and don't wax, pluck or thread for two weeks beforehand; shaving is fine. For lashes, arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
Yes — a 50% deposit secures your appointment and comes off your total on the day. Move or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and it carries over to your new time. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the deposit is kept — the time is held for you and rarely refills at short notice. Consultations and patch tests are free and need no deposit.
Expect some redness for a few hours after electrolysis — keep the area clean and avoid heat, makeup and heavy sweat for 24 hours. Keep lashes dry for 24 hours and avoid oil-based cleansers. To reschedule, 24 hours' notice and it's moved with no fuss.
